Day 4:
Nutritious food and an hour of exercise a day..keeps your bad cholesterol away!

Day 5:
'Starvation+deadly cravings for food'='battery about to die' alert! 

Day 6:
Empty calories+tufaani taste is directly proportional to starving body+more stress!

Day 7:
Switch off your 'SAT'(urday)-Fat on weekend...and say bye bye to 'SAT'(urated) fat!
